We’re on the lookout for an experienced Recruitment and HR Manager to join our fantastic team! The perfect candidate will oversee all aspects of recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources functions within the organization. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with robust communication skills, leadership abilities, and a strong track record in managing recruitment processes and HR operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

–Formulate and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent for the organization and its clients.
–Oversee the complete recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
–Collaborate with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to comprehend staffing needs and devise job descriptions and prerequisites.
–Utilize diverse recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to entice qualified candidates.
–Conduct interviews, evaluate candidate qualifications, and provide hiring recommendations to management.
–Manage associations with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
–Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
–Supervise employee onboarding and orientation procedures.
–Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with best practices and legal requirements.
–Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
–Administer performance evaluation processes and offer guidance on performance management.
–Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
–Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR management.
–Establish and uphold competitive salary packages and benefits for all positions within our organization.
–Maintain a comprehensive record of compensation and benefits.

Requirements:

–A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
–5+ years of experience in recruitment and HR management roles.
–Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, labor employment laws, and HR processes.
–Knowledge and understanding of labor employment laws in the US and AU are advantageous.
–Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
–You will be requested to present these strategies.
–Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
–Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
–Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
–Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
–Experience with HRIS and ATS systems is preferred.
–Residing in the Rizal Province, Marikina, and nearby cities is a plus.
–Willing to report at our Marikina City Office
