Primary Purpose and Function:
Are you passionate about connecting extraordinary talent with exceptional brands? As a Talent Management Assistant at Content Lab, your primary purpose is to strategically connect our managed talent with brands that resonate with their unique qualities and ambitions. Your role is crucial in fostering collaborations that not only elevate the profiles of our talent but also contribute to the growth and success of the partnering brands.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand Identification:
– Conduct thorough market research to identify potential brands and companies that align with the profiles and aspirations of our managed talent.
– Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities for collaboration.

Outreach and Relationship Building:
– Proactively reach out to targeted brands through various channels, including email, phone, and social media.
– Develop and maintain positive relationships with key contacts within target companies.

Pitching and Presentation:
– Create compelling pitch materials that showcase the unique value our talent brings to potential brand partners.
– Effectively communicate the benefits of collaboration, emphasizing the mutual value for both the talent and the brand.

Collaboration Coordination:
– Work closely with Talent Managers to align talent capabilities with brand needs.
– Facilitate communication between talent and brands to ensure seamless collaboration execution.

Data Management:
– Maintain a comprehensive database of potential brand partners, including contact information, communication history, and key details relevant to collaboration opportunities.

Job Qualifications:
– Strong passion for talent management and social media
– Up-to-date with trends and influencer affairs
– Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages are a plus
– Proven experience in sales, marketing, or talent management is a plus.

Location, Hours, and Compensation:
– 100% remote work from home
– Hourly paid, starting pay $5 per hour

Additional Information:
– This is a contracted, hourly paid position.
