Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough interviews with applicants to assess their suitability for various Virtual Assistant positions within our company.
Scan and review profiles and resumes, evaluating candidates based on their qualifications and experience in the Virtual Assistant industry.
Effectively communicate with candidates, providing them with a positive experience and keeping them informed throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their specific talent requirements and help them make informed hiring decisions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in interviewing or recruiting, preferably in the Virtual Assistant industry.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to assess candidates’ qualifications effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being a team player.
