Job Description

I am seeking a dedicated and highly organized Talent Manager and Virtual Assistant. As Talent Manager/Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing various tasks, allowing me to focus on creating compelling content and engaging with the audience. This is a remote position that offers flexibility and the possibility to gain full time employment and pay increases. We are looking for someone who knocks it out of the park on their first month!! Someone who is willing to work hard to get the ball rolling!

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

–Your main job will be to create a media kit to send to various brands
-You will need to reach out to numerous brands daily
-Partnership and Collaboration:
-Act as the main point of contact between talent and brands/agencies.
-Meet or exceed set outreach and engagement targets on a weekly/monthly basis.
-Pitch talent campaigns and negotiate contracts and deals on behalf of the talent.
-Identify and secure sponsorship and collaboration opportunities that align with the talent’s brand and target audience.
-Endorsement Opportunities
-Familiarize yourself with our family’s channel
-Coordinate campaign logistics, ensuring timely delivery of content and fulfillment of contract
-Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and changes in social media algorithms.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential growth opportunities for talent.
-Collaborate with talent to develop content strategies that align with their brand and target audience.
-Manage talent contracts, including negotiating rates, deliverables, and exclusivity agreements.
-Monitor and track talent campaigns’ performance, providing regular reports and insights to talents and brands.
-Handle financial aspects, such as invoicing, payment tracking, and budget management for talent campaigns.
-Stay informed about industry regulations and guidelines related to talent marketing and ensure compliance.
-Assist in developing talent brand, content strategy, and audience engagement techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:

-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.(required)
-Proven experience in talent marketing, talent management, or digital marketing.(preferred).
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and talent culture.
-Proficiency with platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
-Familiarity with contract negotiation, financial management, and legal considerations.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
-Organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
-Creativity and strategic thinking to develop effective brand strategies and collaborations.
-Familiarity with talent marketing platforms, analytics tools, and content creation software.
