Through our Talent Division, we represent 80+ Influencers across YouTube and Instagram, offering a 360-degree business management and administration solution. We invest heavily in helping our clients to increase their revenue through branded content, while simultaneously identifying latent opportunities for increased growth – both in audience and in revenue.
Role
As a Talent Manager Assistant, you will help maintain the success of Influint Talent clients, leveraging your expertise and communication skills to support the execution of complex campaigns.
Responsibilities
Talent Division, Management Services
Vet inbound emails for brand partnership inquiries, designating each inbound email request with a priority level.
Update our Talent Roster information deck weekly, ensuring all data is up-to-date.
Update our Partner database weekly, ensuring all data is up-to-date.
Support Talent Managers in identifying and outreaching to new potential clients.
Directly report to the founder and CEO, offering administrative support as needed.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Service-Oriented: Excellent communication skills with a willingness to go above and beyond for Influint Talent clients.
Entrepreneurial: An eagerness to learn and grow within the role and the organization.
Independent Self-Starter: If there are no immediate duties to be completed, you’ll find one; anticipate the needs of both internal and external stakeholders; start personal projects; adapt to help the organization achieve its goals.
No “Yes” Men: There is no right way. If you think our processes are broken, we want to hear your recommendations.
Open-Minded: We are growing, and with this growth comes evolution. Candidates will show an open-mindedness in shifting roles and responsibilities as organizational priorities change over time.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least one year working with influencers.
Deep knowledge of the social ecosystem, primarily YouTube.
Extensive experience with Google Drive (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
