You will play a pivotal role in our team, contributing to the strategic acquisition of the best minds in the industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Demonstrate proficiency in crafting visually appealing and professional CVs, adhering to established guidelines for a polished presentation.
* Prioritize and execute candidate sourcing efforts, particularly for high-priority roles, ensuring a strategic and targeted approach.
* Conduct initial CV screenings with an emphasis on maintaining a neutral accent, contributing to a professional and inclusive candidate experience.
* Facilitate candidates’ attendance at interviews, ensuring seamless communication and addressing any logistical concerns.
* Initiate and manage phone calls with candidates, fostering a positive and respectful environment while gathering crucial information.
* Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn to conduct comprehensive candidate research, employing a targeted and strategic approach to sourcing.
* Conduct detailed research on client and candidate companies to grasp their culture, values, and specific requirements, enhancing the quality of candidate placements.
* Highlight the importance of building strong relationships, ensuring a personalized and nurturing approach to both candidates and clients.
* Cultivate and nurture enduring relationships with candidates and clients, aligning with commitment to fostering sustained connections.
* Facilitate the extension and arrangement of job offers, overseeing the timely delivery of onboarding and interview-related documents.
* Communicate interview results to applicants promptly and professionally through email.
* Efficiently manage and update HR databases with accurate candidate information for streamlined recruitment processes.
* Assist with various administrative tasks related to managing candidate files, conducting candidate research, handling recruitment requests, and more.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Talent Partner, Recruitment Specialist, or in a similar role within the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Recruitment Agency, and/or Outsourcing/Offsourcing industry.
* Previous administrative support experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is highly advantageous.
* A bachelor’s degree in science, including psychology, is accepted.
* Proficient in sourcing candidates and clients through platforms like LinkedIn, showcasing a strong understanding of digital recruitment strategies.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain a neutral accent during candidate interactions, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
* Possesses a research-oriented mindset, demonstrating the ability to gather comprehensive information on both candidates and client companies.
* Strong relationship-building skills with a strategic focus on nurturing connections for sustained success.
* Proven success in client acquisition through effective communication and interpersonal skills, leading to successful candidate placements.
* Exhibits organizational prowess and strategic thinking, contributing to the development and execution of successful candidate placement strategies.
* Keen attention to detail complemented by robust organizational and administrative skills.
* Demonstrates self-initiation and a proactive mindset, maintaining a commitment to meeting deadlines while consistently delivering high-quality results.
