Talent Sourcer (Remote): $900 monthly base + up to $600 in monthly bonus (both in USD)

High-Level of Role:

This role is part of an offering we’re delivering to our law firm clients to help them source, recruit, screen, and hire a variety of roles, including Executive Assistant, Marketing personnel (all levels), Office Admins, and Executives (COO, CEO, CFO, CMO, etc.)
This recruiting service has a major impact on our clients’ success journey and their ability to grow their own law firms.

As a Talent Sourcer at Crisp, your job is to support our Recruiting team by having a pool of talented candidates uploaded and at-the-ready every single day by working our local overnight and inputting those sourced candidates into our applicant tracking system.

Your Responsibilities:

Achieve hundreds of sourced candidates monthly (in addition to other metrics that will shift according to client and business needs)
Role intake meetings, with Recruiters and Team Lead to gain accurate understanding of the ever-changing law firm client roles for while you’ll be sourcing
Understanding the exact requirements of all roles
Identifying the right keywords in online candidate resumes
Constructing proper search strings
Searching through various online candidate profile databases
Effectively assess resumes aligned to the clients’ needs
Have the specified goal count of resumes ready and delivered at the end of your work day
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sourcing results
Liaise across a variety of roles within the recruiting department including Recruiters, other Sourcers, Team Lead Recruiters, Recruiting Director, and Recruiting Operations Manager
Work within, pull information from, and maintain our ATS (applicant tracking system) – Greenhouse
Data Entry: Handle data entry and updates across various platforms with 100?curacy

Your Qualifications:

Three + years of sourcing and/or recruiting department support experience, up to Executive level roles (preferred law firm roles, but not required)
Well-written and -spoken English (critical for internal communication accuracy)
Proficiency in ATS (bonus points if Greenhouse)
Proficiency in searching all main candidate resume job portals (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and various search tactics such as boolean and keyword searches
Ability to work 2am – 10am EST US (our local office hours)
Demonstrated ability to understand role intake and keywords
Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality requirements of our clients
Familiarity with Slack and Zoom (or similar)
Attention to Detail: You have a spotlight-level focus on details and administrative skills. Urgency: Time management and getting things done quickly and accurately is important to you
