Position: Talent Sourcing Specialist
We are excited to invite a dedicated Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our recruiting efforts by sourcing potential candidates through various online platforms, engaging with them to present exciting job opportunities, and meticulously maintaining candidate records.
Key Offerings:

Compensation:
*Compensation: $1200 per month/USD
*Pay Structure: Enjoy the benefit of weekly pay to help manage your finances more effectively.
Role Responsibilities:
*Utilize advanced tools to identify candidates on platforms such as Indeed, social media, and LinkedIn.
*Engage with potential candidates using predefined templates to introduce them to our clients’ opportunities.
*Accurately import and manage candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
*Maintain detailed records of interactions with candidates for auditing and tracking purposes.
What We Are Looking For:
*Ability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern Standard Time/Pacific Standard Time) to ensure seamless collaboration with our U.S. team.
*At least 2 years of sourcing experience in the recruiting industry, with a proven track record in research and candidate generation.
*Familiarity with technology-driven recruiting solutions and tools, including Zoho Recruit and Indeed resume sourcing.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Teams, with strong organizational skills.
*Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
