Talent UX/IU Mobile and Web App Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Developer to join the team. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding and experience in design principles who can build design systems to help the developers.

The ideal candidate will profoundly understand user experience and interface design, emphasizing creating visually appealing and user-friendly web and mobile applications.

This role requires expertise in designing within Figma, an eye for detail, and a passion for creating intuitive and impactful digital experiences.

Responsibilities:
– Design Development: Craft high-quality UX/UI designs for web and mobile applications from concept to execution, using Figma as the primary design tool.
– User-Centered Design: Apply a user-centered design approach to create intuitive, accessible, and seamless experiences for a diverse range of users.
– Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand’s visual identity, style guides, and best practices.
– Prototyping: Develop interactive prototypes to convey design concepts and facilitate user testing.
– Design Systems: Create and maintain design systems, including UI components and style guides, to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements:
– Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, specifically for web and mobile applications.
– Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including detailed case studies that demonstrate design thinking and problem-solving skills.
– Expertise in Figma:** Proficient in using Figma for designing and prototyping, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
– Design Principles: Solid grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and user psychology.
– Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure feasible designs and effective communication with developers.
– Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with non-design team members.
– Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and work within tight deadlines.
