Talented and creative designers needed for apparel company (Long-term position)

Graphic design job requirements:

Hi guys! My name is Tyler and I am one of the owners of Kite and Crest apparel! We are based out of the United States and we are looking to hire several highly skilled and creative graphic designers and are wanting this to be a longterm relationship.

A little bit about what our company does. We are an apparel business that specializes in working with Fraternities and Sororities and we also have a second business that sells baby onesies and other apprel. Your fulltime job would be creating detailed shirt designs. Some designs that we need (the designs for fraternities and sororities) can be extremely complex and intricate while others are more basic and are just typography styles designs.

Job Requirements
-Be proficient in adobe illustrator and photoshop.
-at least 1 year of design experience.
– extremely creative
– Ability to think outside of the box
– Ability to work with little guidance from us.
– For example, we will give you a theme or a topic for a shirt and you must be able to get us back designs that look extremely professional, clean, unique, and with intricate details. Or we will give you some images that we like and expect you to create a design that is relatively similar but in your own style.
– Artistic- ability to mix and match colors that look good together and get the right design color schemes to look good on various shirt colors.
– Ability to make designs look clean and professionally done without the “Cheap” look
– Good English
– Ability to ask for clarification or guidance if you don’t understand something
– I can’t overemphasize the fact that you must be creative and artistic and have the ability to come up with unique and creative designs with little guidance from us.
– Ability to work efficiently and effectively and get us designs back in a timely manner.
– Advanced ability to use Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop
-Ability to free draw designs as needed. We have access to freepik and other licensed images but sometimes vector images won’t work. Sometimes we will send you a screenshot of a design and say it needs to be the exact same.

We are looking to have the hiring process done in under a week with orientation and introduction starting 1-2 days after hiring depending on your schedule. It needs to be full-time and we need to be your primary employment. We have a great and open company culture.
