The ideal candidate is responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
– Strengthen client relationships and company partnerships.
– Plan, execute, track, and report on campaigns and events.
– Create online and offline marketing content to support campaigns.
– Empower the sales team with effective marketing content and campaigns.
– Able to speak Spanish.
– Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads for maximum reach and ROI.
– Conduct keyword research and analysis using – SEMrush and AnswerThePublic to inform content strategy.
– Generate organic growth and foster an online community across social media platforms.
– Craft compelling website and email copy that resonates with target audiences.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and implement creative marketing strategies.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, graphic design, and video editing.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve).
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Understanding of website and email copywriting principles.
Awareness of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
