We’re looking for a skilled graphic designer to join our team, focusing on our print-on-demand business line. We need someone with proven experience in designing for print-on-demand products and the ability to handle various tasks outlined below.
We will have an initial trial period where you’ll be compensated on a per-design basis. This will help us determine if we’re a good fit for each other. If successful, we’ll discuss potential permanent positions, changes to compensation, and expanded responsibilities.
While our main audience is based in the USA, the specific market niche will be disclosed later. However, experience in designing for this segment is a plus.
Preferred qualifications include an understanding of American culture, consumer behavior, and strong written English skills.
What we expect from you:
– Exceptional graphic design skills, particularly in creating designs for items like T-shirts, sweatshirts, necklace message cards, coffee mugs, pillows, and accessories, including all-over-print items.
– The ability to adapt provided designs and ideas to fit our brand, showcasing originality and research skills to develop unique concepts.
– Creation of ad images for most designs.
– Occasional graphic design tasks for our website, including banners and images.
