Talented Shopify Dropshipping Assistant

Greetings, we are seeking a multi-talented Shopify Dropshipping Assistant to become an integral part of our fast-paced team. This position is part-time but involves a variety of tasks that go beyond simply uploading products. You’ll be a one-stop-shop for ensuring our Shopify store is optimised and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
Product Management: Edit, upload, and arrange products in a visually appealing manner. This includes fixing product descriptions, variants, and images.
Bulk Edits: Utilize Shopify apps to make batch changes to our product catalog.
Product Options & Upsells: Configure product options and upsell strategies to maximize revenue.
Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for customer queries, returns, and complaints.
Ordering Agent: Manage relationships with USA-based suppliers and ensure timely completion and payment for customer orders.
Book-keeping: Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and inventory.

Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in Shopify store management or a similar role.
Proficiency in using Shopify apps for bulk edits.
Ability to manage product options and implement upsell strategies.
Experience in customer service and supplier management.
Strong attention to detail, especially for book-keeping purposes.
A minimum upload rate of 10 products per hour when no variants are involved.
Ability to work flexible hours, starting at 10 hours per week, and ramping up to full time.
Price of $4 per hour, with bonus’s for profitable efficient and speedy work that saves time, and brings in more revenue.
Working hours between: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM in the Philippines Time
