* Maintain a consistent design language that aligns with the decentralized nature of the app.
* Collaborate closely with our development team to ensure the successful implementation of your designs.
* Deliver exceptional designs within agreed-upon milestones and project timelines.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a UI/UX designer, showcasing your talent through a strong portfolio.
* Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including Figma.
* Excellent eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.
* Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams and communicate ideas clearly.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet project milestones and deadlines.
* Familiarity with decentralized principles and the blockchain space is preferred but not required.

This is a freelance engagement, and compensation will be discussed based on milestones and deliverables.
