Position Overview:
As a Video Content Creator and Editor, you will play a key role in taking our real estate brand to the next and compelling level with visually stunning video content. We’re seeking a proactive individual who excels in video production who can share innovative ideas about the latest trends in social media marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, property listings, and promotional materials.
• Edit and enhance raw footage to create engaging and polished videos aligning with the brand image.
• Stay abreast of current trends in social media and video marketing, proposing fresh and creative ideas for our content strategy.
• Collaborate to create visually appealing and effective video campaigns.
• Provide constructive feedback on visual elements, ensuring a consistent and professional brand image.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to keep our content ahead of the curve.
• Be a proactive team member contributing ideas to enhance our video presence.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in video production and editing, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to share innovative ideas.
• Knowledge of real estate market trends and terminology is a plus.
