Job Title: Experienced Video Editor
Hours: Flexible; must work 7:00 PM – 12:00 AM PH time
Salary: Starts at $5 per project

JOB OVERVIEW:
We seek a skilled Video Editor to produce high-quality video content. Proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, and Capcut is required. The candidate should have a creative eye and storytelling ability. Collaboration with the Creative Team Lead and Company Admin is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Edit raw footage into polished videos.
2. Select the best shots for a coherent narrative.
3. Ensure seamless transitions and visual continuity.
4. Enhance video quality with color, lighting, and audio adjustments.
5. Collaborate to understand project objectives.
6. Incorporate feedback to achieve the final product.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and software.
8. Manage video assets and maintain efficient workflows.
9. Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
10. Experiment with editing styles for fresh perspectives.
11. Participate in pre-production planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Experience in Film Production, Video Editing, or related field.
2. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve, Capcut.
3. Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and resolutions.
4. Portfolio showcasing technical skills and storytelling.
5. Familiarity with visual effects and motion graphics.
6. Excellent English communication skills.
7. Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
8. Strong problem-solving skills.
9. Creative eye for composition and storytelling.
10. Experience in sound editing and mixing is a bonus.
11. Initial knowledge of Project Management tools; experience with ClickUp is a plus.
12. Understanding of Work-from-Home ethics.
13. Knowledge of copyright and licensing regulations.
