Our Scary Mysteries Youtube channel focuses on stories about true crime, ufos, strange mysteries and missing persons cases. We have a loyal fanbase of over 775,000 subscribers and have amassed over 181,000,0000 views.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Video Editor
Each week, you’ll be responsible for editing 1 video for our channel. You’ll be given a polished voice over and each video will run approximately 17 minutes. This is a good job for those who like to work independently and it can be a part time job depending how long it takes you to edit. You’re duties will include:
– Adding images, videos and graphics
– Adding music from our online library
– Adding minimal sound effects to help enhance the story
– MUST be able to hit deadlines
– You should have an interest in True Crime storylines
– Attention to detail is a must. We’re counting on you to send polished, professional videos
COMPENSATION:
-Compensation for the job will be $600 USD/month (so $150 per video), paid out every other Friday.
-13th month paid
-Possibility for a raise after one year based on performance
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
If you’re interested in the position, please edit together a 60 second video sample based on the 60 second clip located in the link below. In there are some other assets you can use as well like logos and sound effects if you’d like.
If we like your work, we’ll be in touch and will bring you on for a 2 month, fully paid trail basis, and if everything works well from there then we will have you on full time with us!
