We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. The job is for 40 hours per week and they are to be completed between 9am-5pm (UK Time).
As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails/live chat, answering customer phone calls and processing orders using Shopify. For this role, a strong internet connection is required, along with previous customer service experience and excellent communication skills.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality customer service under minimum supervision.
Your responsibilities:
Answering live chat enquiries
Answering customer phone calls
Respond to customer emails
Order processing administration
Uploading products to Shopify
Keeping Shopify inventory levels up to date
Requirements and hard skills:
Over 5 years previous experience in the Business Process Outsourcing industry
Effective english communication, both written and spoken
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
