Responsibilities:
> Prepare and file accurate tax returns for individuals and businesses using Drake Software.
> Conduct thorough reviews of financial records, income statements, and deductions to ensure maximum tax efficiency and compliance.
> Advise clients on tax planning strategies and potential tax implications of business decisions.
> Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
> Collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications:
> Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tax Preparer, with proficiency in preparing USA taxes using Drake Software.
> Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and compliance requirements.
> Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze financial data and apply tax laws effectively.
> Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
> Proven track record of delivering high-quality work with attention to detail and accuracy.
> Must provide references with a track record of accurate tax preparation work using Drake Software.

Preferred Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
> CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
> Experience working in a tax advisory or accounting firm environment.
> Familiarity with other tax preparation software and tools.
