WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Tax Senior/Prep/Reviewer, you’ll be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our clients’ financial and tax returns. Your role will involve completing and reviewing various tax returns, including 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990, and 1040, while maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review tax returns with meticulous attention to detail.
Utilize tax systems such as QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, TaxDome, and UltraTax.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting principles.
Thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to address customer needs.
Communicate effectively both internally and externally, ensuring clarity and transparency.

WHO YOU ARE:

With at least a minimum of 4 years experience in US Tax Preparation and Review
Proven skills in tax return preparation, review, and filing for various forms.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Tax Dome, and other tax systems.
Solid grasp of accounting fundamentals.
Ability to work effectively within a team dynamic.
Excellent communication skills for seamless interaction with colleagues and clients.

JOB TYPE: Full-time
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday
RATE: $5 to $7 USD per hour

• You will be reporting to 1-2 managers and participating in daily calls.

• We use a team approach, so you will be working with other Accountants / Tax Professionals / CPA’s on the team.

Job Requirements:
• Experience with 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990 and 1040 Tax Return preparation, review and filing, including WTB’s
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, TaxDome, UltraTax and other various tax systems
• Good understanding of accounting
• Able to work under pressure and/or switch hats midstream to address customer needs
• Great communication skills internally and externally
• Working with a Team – you will be on a team of 5-10+ people.
