Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Customer Service and Lead Nurturing team. As a Customer Service and Lead Nurturing Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and nurturing leads throughout their journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Providing outstanding customer service and support via phone, email, and live chat.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
Proactively nurturing leads through effective communication and relationship-building techniques.
Understanding customer needs and effectively promoting products and services that align with their requirements.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize customer value.
Staying knowledgeable about our products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Providing feedback to the team and management to improve customer satisfaction and optimize lead nurturing strategies.
Qualifications:

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in customer service or lead nurturing roles.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools.
Familiarity with sales and lead nurturing principles is a plus.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
