This project, estimated to require 30 to 40 hours of dedicated effort, will involve you taking charge of and meticulously updating our 2022 financial ledgers in QuickBooks Online. Your role will extend to preparing and filing comprehensive taxes for the USA 2021 state, and the complete 2022 and 2023 fiscal years. Candidates should ideally possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a CPA or EA designation, and a rich background in tax and bookkeeping. Your proficiency in leading tax and accounting software, coupled with an acute attention to detail and exceptional organizational and communication skills, will be critical to your success in this role.

For the Executive Assistant Position:
In addition to financial acumen, I am seeking an Executive Assistant to seamlessly manage a variety of day-to-day responsibilities, including effective phone communication. A key aspect of this role is grant writing and pursuing funding opportunities. I am looking for someone who embodies humility and assertiveness, someone who has a proven track record in securing grants. This full-time position (40hrs/week) offers a competitive compensation of $100/week, augmented by a rewarding 2% commission on each successful grant.
