Teacher Support Team Virtual Assistant

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our Teacher Support Team within the Teacher Operations Department.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to emails from teachers, parents, and other managers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Ensure smooth operation of online classes by managing schedules, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring teachers and students are properly assigned to their respective classes.
Collaborate with the Sales Department to assist in the onboarding process of new teachers, providing them with necessary information and support.
Collaborate with the Student Support Department to address any issues or concerns related to student enrollment, class materials, or technical difficulties.
Assist in the coordination and organization of virtual classes. scheduling, checking conflicts, and training sessions for teachers.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to teacher assignments, schedules, and teacher enrollment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in email management and customer support.
Strong multitasking skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a collaborative team player.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and online communication tools.
A passion for education and a commitment to providing exceptional support to teachers and students.
