Key Aspects of the Role:
-Direct Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the CEO, providing direct support and contributing to strategic initiatives.
-Australian Timezone: The company operates in the Australian timezone, requiring flexibility to align with this schedule, starting from 10am Sydney time. This role is not suitable for those primarily supporting US clients due to the time difference.
-Language Proficiency: A strong command of the English language is essential for clear, effective communication.
-Self-Management Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage workloads independently.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
-Handling all customer service queries with a supportive and efficient approach.
-Managing the support inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
-Leveraging AI tools beyond the basics to streamline tasks, requiring skill in AI prompting and the ability to adapt AI responses to align with our brand voice.
-Conducting podcast guest outreach for our CEO, enhancing our presence and reach.
-Completing accounts payable and receivable tasks, including bill processing, expense logging and tracking.
-Ensuring all digital pages and chatbots are operational and engaging.
-Developing a knowledge base of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and business processes (support provided)
-Assisting in building an employee onboarding intranet to streamline the integration of new team members (support provided)
-Moderating online events, including webinars, challenges, adding links during the presentation and supporting live events in the chat, distributing last-minute event links.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
-Has demonstrated prior experience supporting an online service business or coach.
-Has excellent communication skills with strong command of the English language. You have confidence to contribute your point of view and ask for clarity when required, and are able to represent our brand voice accurately.
-Is highly organised, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks smoothly with minimal supervision.
-Understands and applies project management principles effectively.
-Is software savvy, proficient in Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, and experience moderating on at least one webinar platform. –List all other software tools you’re skilled in.
-Shows initiative in learning and applying new technologies, especially AI tools, to everyday tasks to leverage your time and high quality contribution.
-Brings a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
