You will be doing a variety of tasks:
– Handling inbound sales calls with a strong command of speaking fluent English.
– Provide quotes for residentials services to customers over the phone using BBS sales techniques and pricing
– Schedule commercial inspections for services for estimators
– Screen and pre-qualify every new assignment, direct calls, and assist clients
– Enter new losses/service requests into database with extreme accuracy
– Enter schedule tickets for next days work into scheduling system
– Coordinate project schedules with customers
– Coordination with other departments and office staff to complete projects, paperwork and keep the processes
timely for each project
– Project tracking reporting – This includes all schedules, appointments, and pulling daily production reports to
ensure projects are documented timely and distributing to team
– Monitor notes, documents, and photos in Dash to ensure team is following BBS (Brouwer Brothers) guidelines
– Assist the office, operations, and sales staff as needed
– Follow up on pending estimates per our procedures
– Complete, route and review forms, applications, and other paperwork within the company as it comes to your
attention
– Commenting, liking, and messaging people on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
– Creating and writing engaging posts with photos
– Sending and responding to emails/messages on the owner’s behalf.
– Research Contacts and make LinkedIn connections using the owner’s profile.
– Being available to serve on our after-hour emergency call rotation.

Pay: TBD, this will depend on your level of skill

Working Hours: Because of the nature of the job your working hours will need to match our working hours Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada).
