As the Lead Generation Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of cold calling and cold SMS Team members to achieve quality disqualification and generate leads. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the lead generation team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
Develop and implement cold calling and SMS strategies and techniques to effectively generate quality leads
Monitor team performance metrics, such as ready mode, leads generated, and quality then provide regular performance feedback to team members.
Conduct regular training/refresher sessions to improve the team’s cold calling/cold sms skills and product knowledge.
Collaborate with the ACQ and marketing teams to align cold calling/sms efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
Utilize CRM software (Xencall/Podio) and scorecards to track and manage leads, and generate reports on team performance.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and improve cold calling/sms strategies.
Motivate and inspire team members to maintain high levels of enthusiasm, engagement, and productivity.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing cold calling/sms and customer interactions.

Skill Requirements:

Cold Calling/SMS Experience: Prior experience in cold calling is preferred,Real estate industry experience is a strong plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for a cold calling team lead. They should be able to articulate complex real estate concepts clearly and confidently. Additionally, they should be adept at active listening to understand prospect needs and provide appropriate responses that align with the campaign’s objectives.
Training and Coaching Abilities: The team lead should have a proven track record of training and coaching individuals or teams to achieve their goals. They should be skilled in conducting effective training sessions, role-playing exercises, and providing ongoing coaching and support to improve the team’s performance and ensure they consistently meet targets.

– Pay Structure: Weekly Payout
