Work Schedule: 11am to 8pm EST – Tuesdays through Saturdays
Pay rate: $1500/month

Responsibilities:
Call homeowners and discuss the advantages of solar energy.
Explain why going solar is a smart choice and address any questions they might have.
Set up appointments for our solar services, leveraging your sales background to close deals effectively.
Turn conversations into appointments and work well on your own or with a team.
Bring a strong willingness to be trained and learn all aspects of the solar business.
Use tools & CRM’s like Mojo and HubSpot to keep track of your calls and information (optional, training provided).
Work from 11 am to 8 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) and be reliable.
Manage & train a team of appointment setters

Requirements:
Have at least 2 years of managerial experience, preferably in a call center or similar setting.
Proven background in sales, demonstrating your ability to close deals effectively.
Strong willingness to be trained and learn all processes related to the solar industry.
Enjoy talking to people and can explain things in a friendly way.
Bonus points if you’ve sold things before, especially solar-related stuff.
Make sure you have a backup power supply and a stable internet connection.
