One Janitorial is looking for a passionate Team Lead For Our Appointment Setter; you will be responsible for training and managing a high-performance outbound appointment-setting team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company with great hours in a fun yet professional atmosphere & culture.

Commissions are $250 – $750 per month extra.

Your day will include:

– Monitoring Appointment Setters
– Coach Them On Call’s & Process
– Help Them With Call’s & Getting Appointments
– Train New Employees on Process
– Ensure Statistics are On Track

Must have
– 9 out of 10 English written and spoken
– The ability to answer calls after hours when scheduled
– Have managed, trained or team lead outbound appointment setters for 2 years
– Have or are willing to purchase an extended microphone headset ($15 on amazon), Computer with 4 GB of ram & a good webcam, Internet that is fast – On google, type in – internet speed test – take a free test to find out.
Quiet place to work at home without being interrupted.
-Able to work 8 am to 4:30 pm MDT – Monday to Friday.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Must obtain a high level of energy.
-Must be willing to put in the extra hard work to get the result.
-Familiarization with Google programs (sheets, drive, Gmail, etc) is an asset.
