Purpose of the Role:

As the Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in coaching and developing the Project Coordinator team. You will lead by example, actively improving internal processes, driving cross-departmental innovation. The Team Lead will also handle 1-2 accounts as a Project Coordinator to stay connected and continuously learn and understand the actual job.

Key Responsibilities:

– monthly coaching and feedback sessions with direct reports
– Drive hiring process for new Project Coordinator positions
– Set benchmarks, track and support the team’s KPIs via coaching, and identify areas for training or skill development
– Communicate company goals and best practices, ensuring standards compliance
– Perform topgrading and onboarding training for new Project Coordinator hires
– Act as an escalation point for internal team
– Support Department Head with internal Department goals
– Conduct workshops/trainings for team development
– Motivate and maintain a high level of team happiness and engagement
– Conduct team meetings to provide updates, goals, and expectations
– Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication and no-blame culture

Qualifications:

– Minimum one (1) year proven Team Leadership experience
– Great interpersonal and communication skills
– Strong understanding of business goals and customer service standards
– Ability to organize and manage multiple initiatives effectively
– Familiarity with ClickUp, G-Suite, Meta Business Manager, Project Management, Client Facing Communications Role
– Basic to intermediate knowledge in e-Commerce (Shopify), and social media marketing
– Previous experience working with remote teams and marketing agencies
– Fast and reliable internet connection + backup
– Located in Southeast Asia, with availability to work in USA or AUS time zones
