Frontspace is a 10 year old digital marketing agency. We’re looking for a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead – Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in web development and popular small business tools. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the workload of a diverse team of 3-6 full-stack developers and graphic designers, ensuring the delivery of top-quality projects that adhere to our high standards and reflect our core values. Work Responsibilities Include:

– Coordinate and manage the workload of the web development and graphic design team, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
– Monitor and maintain the quality of work produced by the team, conducting quality control (QC) checks and implementing best practices for continuous improvement.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues the team may encounter with popular small business tools such as Kajabi, ClickFunnels, email marketing systems, and shopping carts.
– Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, ensuring effective communication and promoting our core values within the team.
– Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, enabling their professional growth and development.
– Collaborate closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with clients’ goals and expectations.
– Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that the team remains at the forefront of web development, digital marketing tools, and design.

Expectations:

– Be detail-oriented, ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality error-free work before it is released to the client
– Work independently to overcome challenges, including searching for and studying documentation, troubleshooting, and testing possible solutions

Tools & Communication:

– We use Dropbox, Teamwork, and Slack
– Must be accessible via Slack when working
– Excellent English communication skills are essential

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field.
– A minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
– Proficient in a variety of web development technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and related frameworks.
– Strong understanding of graphic design principles and software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
– Extensive experience with popular small business tools such as Kajabi, ClickFunnels, email marketing systems, and shopping carts and a willingness and ability to learn new systems as needed.
– Proven experience in managing and leading diverse teams, with a focus on collaboration, communication, and team development.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
