IDEAL CANDIDATE:
– At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead.
– A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
– Excellent English communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
– Preferably having experience in E-Commerce.
– Experience working with Shopify, BigCommerce, and/or Amazon is advantageous.
– Familiarity or experience with tools like G Suite, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Gorgias is beneficial.
– Strong leadership skills for managing agent performance, attendance, and adherence to KPIs.
– Proficient in bi-weekly team coaching and 1-on-1 coaching with agents.
– Skilled in assessing agent health, safety, and welfare.
– Ability to create and analyze performance reports.
– Experienced in conducting performance reviews and making recommendations for agent development.
– Proactive in communicating with agents to assess their well-being and support needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Manages the Agent’s performance through reporting, attendance and ensuring they are meeting the KPIs set .
– Provides bi-weekly team coaching, one-on-one coaching, assessing agent’s health, safety, and welfare during coaching calls, and fully supporting team members.
– Conducts semi-annual performance review and makes recommendations on agent’s future growth, promotions, and rate appraisals.
– Works collaboratively with other Team Leaders on sharing areas of improvement for the department and recommends process improvements to better the TL Department and the Virtual Assistants.
WORK HOURS: US PST, MON-FRI (Full Time, Long term)
