Position: Team Leader – Commercial/Personal Insurance Operations
Responsibilities:
Managing Daily Operations: Take the lead in overseeing the day-to-day activities of your team, ensuring that all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively.
Motivating Excellence: Inspire and motivate your team to consistently achieve organizational goals, maintaining a high level of motivation and engagement.
Timeline Management: Develop and implement a timeline to meet and exceed targets, setting a clear path towards success.
Goal Attainment: Ensure 100% goal attainment of ALL Operational KPIs, driving the team towards outstanding performance.
Delegation: Delegate tasks and responsibilities among your team members, maximizing their individual strengths and skills.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to empower team members, boosting their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
Performance Reviews: Regularly conduct quarterly performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and recognize achievements.
Contribution to Growth: Play a pivotal role in the company’s growth by leading a successful and productive team.
Work Environment: Create a positive and pleasant working environment that fosters teamwork and inspires your team to excel.
Administration: Attend internal and client meetings, ensure adherence to HR and department policies as instructed.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of relevant Team Leader experience in Commercial or Personal Insurance, preferably in an outsourcing or similar company.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with your team and clients.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks with limited supervision.
Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in managing stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless operations.
Flexibility: Adaptability to swiftly react to changing priorities and urgent situations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Internet and Equipment: Must have stable internet with at least 50 to 100 Mbps download speeds and 10 Mbps upload speeds. Computer requirements include an Intel Core i5 processor, 8 GB RAM, 240 GB SSD storage, and Windows 10 Pro license.
