Team Leader in Property Management

Team Leader is responsible for client relations, building rapport, and leading the team accordingly. You will speak to clients directly and instruct your team to do the day to day operation. Each team member is highly trained but will need guidance from the Team Leader.
You MUST have experience in property management and have experience talking to clients in the US. Good verbal and written English is required for this role. If you do not have experience in property management you will need to have experience in sales along with the ability to learn fast and lead a team. Broker will provide daily support, guidance, and training as needed for Team Leader. This role is highly based on client relations, team management, knowledge on the rental/management side of Real Estate, and growth. The style of communication is casual (easy), friendly (building trust), and assertive (firm) at times depending on the situation, but never analytical or technical support communication style.
