Job Description

Team Leader / Manager: This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing and
managing the team in the Philippines, ensuring operational efficiency, and facilitating
effective communication with the Australian team. The roles and responsibilities
include:
1. Team Oversight: Supervising and leading the team in the Philippines to
ensure they are aligned with the company’s objectives. Providing guidance,
motivation, and support to team members.
2. Quality Assurance: Conducting regular quality assessments on the tasks
performed by the team. Ensuring that work meets quality standards and
addressing any areas for improvement.
3. Performance Management: Setting performance expectations for team
members and conducting regular performance reviews. Identifying training
needs and providing coaching for skill enhancement.
4. Communication Facilitation: Serving as a bridge between the team in the
Philippines and the Australian team. Facilitating clear and effective
communication to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
5. Reporting and Summarizing: Compiling and summarizing key performance
indicators and team achievements. Generating reports to update the
Australian team on the progress and challenges faced by the Philippine team.
6. Conflict Resolution: Addressing conflicts or challenges within the team
promptly and diplomatically. Collaborating with HR or relevant parties to
resolve more complex issues.
7. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement
and efficiency within the team. Collaborating with the Australian team to
implement best practices.
8. Resource Management: Efficiently allocating resources within the team to
meet workload demands. Collaborating with other teams to ensure optimal
utilization of available resources.
9. Training and Development: Identifying training needs within the team and
coordinating relevant training programs. Fostering a culture of continuous
learning and skill development.
Setting and Monitoring: Setting clear and achievable team goals in
alignment with overall company objectives. Monitoring progress toward goals
and adjusting strategies as needed.
11. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments to
ensure seamless workflow and alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitating cross-functional communication and collaboration.
