Augmen Digital is currently searching for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our expanding Inside Sales Agent Team. As a leading digital marketing agency, we specialize in assisting businesses based in the Philippines with lead generation and sales. As the Team Leader of our Inside Sales Team, your primary responsibility will be to provide guidance and support to our sales agents, ensuring they promptly respond to messages, nurture leads, and effectively guide them towards conversion. By leading your team effectively, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve profitable growth.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of sales professionals, providing training, mentorship, and ongoing support to maximize their performance and productivity.
Set clear performance goals and targets for the team, tracking individual and team progress, and implementing strategies to improve performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, techniques, and processes to drive lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management on team performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with both management and clients to ensure the successful management of challenging accounts, building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and addressing any issues or concerns.
Foster a positive and high-performing team environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and provide strategic insights to the team and management.

Requirements:
At least 2-4 years of experience as an Inside Sales Team Leader within the company or a similar industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey expectations, provide feedback, and motivate team members.
Demonstrated ability to train and develop team members, set strategies, and monitor progress towards goals.
Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, handle various responsibilities, and manage multiple employees and documents efficiently.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets, driving performance, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
