Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Manager to lead our social media content team. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a proven track record of managing teams in a fast-paced environment. As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of content creation, from scriptwriting to video editing, ensuring that our team delivers top-notch content consistently.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of script writers, video editors, and thumbnail creators to produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand’s objectives.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop content strategies and ideas that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Provide guidance, feedback, and mentorship to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
Oversee the production process from concept to completion, ensuring that all content meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and social media, to ensure seamless integration of content across platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a creative or media-related field.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
In-depth knowledge of content creation processes, including scriptwriting, video editing, and graphic design.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
A creative mindset and a passion for social media and digital content.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
