Team manager / Project Manager

We are looking for a VA to help us organize our team:

– Market research (competitor research / targeted customer / Social media etc )
– Project organization
– Team manager

This person will have to organize the synchronization of the team, you must have already had experience in this work.

We’ll adapt to the software you’ve already used:

– You can manage a project
– With information from management, you can create a work plan for each team to ensure that the project runs smoothly, e.g. video and photo editing must be finished for the sales platform, so that social media can do their promotional work ….. We expect you to be able to organize the plans on your own, for the smooth running of the team.
– You need to know how to deal with last-minute problems.
– You can help the team find answers to their problems with video support ( youtube tutorial , tik tok video , google or other )

-ANSWER QUESTIONS .

– How many years have you been in project management?
– How many projects have you realized ?
– What software do you use to manage your teams?
– If we ask you to find a freelancer for an assignment, will you hire / fire someone?
– If we tell you to create an email, open social media accounts, and give directions on your own to grow these channels will you be able to?
– Are you able to give us a daily summary of what needs to be changed for a better organization and after our agreement settle it quickly?

Benefits and pay :

– Pay every 2 weeks

If working for the company for more than 5 months:
-13th month
-Philheath ( Health insurance )
-Pay raise
– Bonus if sales increase due to VA work .
