Our mission is to provide high-quality, personalized sportswear that meets the unique needs of our customers. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Manager to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be highly organized, and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires close coordination with the CEO, handling communications with distributors, managing the Shopify platform, and overseeing a team of employees. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is essential to double-check orders for accuracy.

Responsibilities:

Conduct weekly meetings with the CEO to discuss ongoing projects and company strategy.
Communicate and send orders to distributors to ensure timely delivery of products.
Research and implement effective systems and processes to enhance company operations.
Manage the company’s Shopify platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Supervise and guide a team of 4 employees.
Oversee email management to ensure prompt and professional communication.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Schedule and organize meetings with the CEO and other stakeholders as needed.
Prepare and present monthly sales reports to the CEO.
Conduct weekly meetings with employees to review performance, address concerns, and provide updates on company goals.
Send orders to the manufacturer weekly.
Double-check orders that have gone out for accuracy and quality assurance.
Use Adobe Illustrator to verify the accuracy of custom product designs before production.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
Strong knowledge of the Shopify platform.
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
Proficient in Canva for creating and editing graphics if the CEO assigns them.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in email management and customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
Experience with Google Sheets, Google Docs, or Excel for sending reports and orders.
Familiarity with project management tools like .
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
