Team member with analytical skills for logistics, planning and data evaluation

We are a dynamic online retail company specializing in sports equipment. We are a team of 6 an our entire company works remotely. We live an open company culture in which the best idea always wins.
We are looking for a new member of our team with strong analytical skills and a conscientious and organized way of working. You do not need to have previous experience in any of the tasks listed below, as we believe that with motivation and the right attitude you can learn most tasks quickly.
In this position you will be responsible for various tasks:
– Carrying out repeat orders with suppliers, taking into account stock levels and delivery times
– Coordinating minor technical changes with partners
– Managing the supply chain to ensure smooth logistics and communicating with logistics partners
– Evaluating data and setting up processes
Requirements:
– Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems
– Experience in using Excel to analyze and prepare data
– Fluency in written and spoken German to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
– Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and work under pressure
– Ability to work in a team
