Team / Project Manager – Go High Level System Builders

Click to view a division of CentrusOS is one of the fastest growing CRM for coaching, network marketers and business owners. We just launched in March and have almost 80 users. To support this growth, we are seeking a dedicated Team / Project Manager to lead our Go High Level System Builders Team and provide exceptional administrative support for our clients. As the Team / Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the system building projects, managing the team’s workflow, and ensuring client satisfaction through efficient support and communication. You will be expected to manage all aspects of these accounts, including troubleshooting any issues that may arise and making necessary updates or improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hold client success calls to understand the clients needs
Manage multiple GHL accounts, ensuring each one is optimized, functional, and aligned with the individual business objectives
Lead and manage the Go High Level System Builders Team to ensure successful project delivery
Provide administrative support to clients, including onboarding, customization, and troubleshooting
Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and provide solutions tailored to their needs
Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress and address any issues
Implement best practices for system building and client support
Collaborate with other teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and client support
Strong understanding of the Go High Level platform and system building processes
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality service
Certification in project management or related field is a plus
