Hello! Thank you for your interest in this job. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, thorough, and highly motivated Tech Virtual Assistant to help us manage our tech stack and related systems.

WORK HOURS & SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday 9-5 PDT
WORK DURATION:
Long Term, 40 hours per week
HOURLY RATE:
$6/hour to start based on experience and interview. We provide regular raises based on performance.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Update & maintain all aspects of our GoHighLevel CRM (website, funnels, pages, emails, etc.)
Email & Affiliate Management in GoHighLevel
Update and maintain automation in Zapier
Manage and troubleshoot any software issues
Video editing for online course, podcast
Graphic design and creation
Data entry for analytics reporting
Podcast management and posting
Research needed to figure out the best way to do something
And any other support needed for the business
THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB WILL:

Have excellent written & verbal communication in English.
Have good internet upload speeds for uploading videos to the web.

Bonuses & raises will be provided as long as KPIs are met. When the business does well, our team gets bonuses. Bonuses can be by project, month, or over several months.
After you have been working for us for 3 months, you get 5 days of paid time off over a 12-month period.
After you have been working for us for 6 months, you get an additional 5 days of paid time off over a 12-month period (for a total of 10 days)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Tasks accomplished by their due date
Great communication and avoidance of making assumptions
Overcome and resolve tech challenges/issues in a timely manner (generally within 48-72 hours depending)
Video edits are processed & uploaded in 48 hours
SOPs are followed and updated when processes have changed
Solutions are always presented alongside with the challenges you encounter
Questions are asked for clarity and mistakes decrease in frequency over time
You respond to your emails, asana tasks and phone calls in 24 hours (even if it’s just acceptance of the task and letting the person know you’re going to get back to them)
You make recommendations on how to automate our systems better
Responsibility taken for tasks and their outcomes
