Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tech Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of and/or Deno, as well as experience with making API calls, InfusionSoft management, and a good understanding of APIs. Knowledge of MongoDB and would be considered a plus. As a Tech Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our technology initiatives and contributing to the development and maintenance of our systems and applications.
Responsibilities and Duties:
– Collaborate with the development team to assist in the implementation and maintenance of and/or Deno-based applications.
– Make API calls to integrate with external services and systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality.
– Gain a solid understanding of APIs and their usage, ensuring efficient communication between various software components.
– Assist in the design and development of MongoDB databases, including data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
– Contribute to the front-end development efforts using , enhancing user interfaces and user experiences.
– Troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and propose effective solutions to ensure smooth operation of systems.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the tech industry, incorporating new technologies and best practices when applicable.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
– Maintain documentation for the systems, APIs, and processes you work on, ensuring clear and comprehensive references for future use.
– Continuously improve your technical skills and knowledge, actively seeking opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications:
– Solid understanding and experience with and/or Deno.
– Familiarity with making API calls and a good understanding of APIs.
– Knowledge of MongoDB and experience with database design and querying is a plus.
– Proficiency in for front-end development would be considered an advantage.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– A passion for learning and keeping up with industry trends.
– Workshift in US Pacific Time (graveyard shift)
-Three years of experience in a related field
– Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
– Competency in Google Suite
– Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
– Ability to work on tight deadlines
Shift
Official work shift 7 am- 4 pm PST (flexibility available depending on workload or department)
Onboarding 8 am-12 pm PST (7-15 days)
