Checking in on weekends
-Scheduling multiple weekly emails to our list, as well as our clients in Thought Leader Academy & Oracle
-Manage client-facing inbox with a 24-48 hour turnaround time
-Tech host of our Zoom events and workshops, always prepared with a cheat sheet of necessary/useful links handy, participating in the chat, managing breakout rooms, sharing music for atmosphere, and being a backup for the slides if necessary
-Uploading recordings to Vimeo & Kajabi right after sessions with descriptions and any relevant links included
-Sending replay emails with relevant links and CTA’s
-Add captions to the weekly Writer’s Room emails via our captioning software, create a GIF, and uploading to Vimeo
-Tracking hours and time spent on specific projects in Toggl
