We are looking for a full-time dedicated and reliable virtual assistant who is willing to undergo training and will handle administrative tasks that mainly focus on data entry and automation.
For this position, you will work with a team to implement, monitor, and troubleshoot automated workflows for insurance agents. The workflows are already built as templates: you will be tasked with copying them to individual customers, making modifications specific to those customers, monitoring them, and then troubleshooting when errors occur.
You will be sufficiently trained and supervised to ensure your success with the team.
Requirements:
• MUST be willing to work full-time with no other commitments from other companies.
• MUST have at least 1 year of virtual assistant experience.
• MUST be familiar with automating workflows.
• MUST have great software and navigation skills.
• MUST have own laptop/desktop with dual monitors and reliable internet
• MUST have own web camera and headset
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Can work from Monday to Friday at US Central Time
Qualifications and Skill sets:
• Preferably someone who has knowledge in automation and/or web development.
• Someone who has technical support experience.
• Ability to take directions and can learn and adapt fast to new processes
• Fine with doing manual and repetitive tasks with minimum supervision.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge in insurance and using Ezlynx is a plus.
• Knowledge in automation tools is also a plus.
