Job Description:

We are seeking for a highly motivated and passionate US IT Recruiter to join our company. The ideal candidate should have experience working with TEKSYSTEMS, APEX Systems, WIPRO, HCL, Infosys, and other US-based clients/prime vendors. As a US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing the right profile to interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
Source candidates from various job portals such as Monster, Dice, Career builder, LinkedIn, etc.
Screen candidates based on job description and requirements.
Build and utilize a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in US IT recruiting.
Experience working with TEKSYSTEMS, APEX Systems, WIPRO, HCL, Infosys, and other US-based clients/prime vendors.
Target oriented and passionate about the job.
Thorough knowledge of MS Office – including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Well-versed with US terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
Comfortable working on Contract and Full-time requirements.
Work in night shifts – EST time zone.
Excellent communication skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
