As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our subscription-based tech support services to potential clients, helping them understand the value of having round-the-clock tech support from live human experts.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
– Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through effective selling techniques.
– Present and demonstrate the benefits of ’s tech support services to potential clients.
– Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and perform presentations and demonstrations for potential clients.
– Understand and address client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions.
– Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
– Stay informed of product line, competition, and industry trends that may impact client business activities.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer engagement.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the tech industry.
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
– Ability to build productive business professional relationships.
– Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
– Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
– Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
– Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
– Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
– A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
