Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Appointment Setter with expertise in IT or Cyber-Security. This role is vital for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting our sales team to ensure seamless client interactions and business growth.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

1. Scheduling sales appointments for IT/cybersecurity sales reps by calling prospective clients to introduce solutions, pique interest, and book meetings.
2. Researching accounts and identifying key decision makers to target for appointments.
3. Utilizing sales tools like CRM software to track outreach, log all communications, and update lead records following conversations.
4. Crafting persuasive cold call, email, and LinkedIn messaging to connect with prospects and convey the value of meetings.
5. Qualifying leads through discovery calls and emails to determine fit, budget, timeline, and stakeholder involvement.
6. Managing calendars and coordinating prospect meetings, sending calendar invites, and confirmation details.
7. Partnering closely with the sales team to strategize effective outreach and provide feedback on messaging.
8. Meeting daily/weekly quotas and metrics for calls made, emails sent, connections made, and appointments set.
9. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IT/cybersecurity products, services, customers, and competitors.
10. Building relationships with prospects to become a trusted advisor and increase the sales pipeline.

To qualify for the position, you will need:

1. Strong fluent English verbal communication and active listening abilities for making phone calls and participating in meetings.
2. Comfort with using CRM systems, auto-dialers, and other relevant technologies.
3. High attention to accuracy and detail in all aspects of data handling and reporting.
4. Knowledge of IT and Cyber-Security concepts and terminology.
5. Calendar management

In addition to fluent English skills, you’ll need familiarity with the following applications:

– Auto-dialers
– Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) & Google (Docs, Sheets)
– Communication apps like Whatsapp, Slack
– Zoom video conferencing

Preferred skills include:
– Experience in sales or telemarketing
– Familiarity with IT or Cybersecurity concepts
– Experience with lead generation

-Work schedule

This is a part-time, independent contractor position requiring 20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
Salary

$280/month for Part-Time work (20 hours a week)

After completing 3 months meeting milestones:

– Discuss Full-Time work (40 hours a week)
– After completing a 6-month probation period, you will receive:
– Performance bonuses
– Performance Pay Increase
– Commissions on converted appointments

You will be provided with:

– CRM system training
– Sales and communication script
– Product and service knowledge training
