THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR

This is a rare opportunity to be mentored by company founder Dr. Steve Day, host of The Systemize Your Success Podcast, with direct support from JJ, his experienced operations manager.

You will receive extensive paid training with Steve and JJ to master our Six-R Operations System Method with the view to you taking a key role in our in-house operations management team and client technical support.

You will develop skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, project management, automation, process mapping and systems improvement – all key skills in today’s fast-paced business environment.

This varied and challenging role will require a keen interest in apps and systems improvement.

There is ample opportunity for promotion and remuneration in line with your growing responsibilities.

You do not need any specific experience to apply (we hire on aptitude and attitude). However, a genuine interest in apps,
Automation and customer service would make you ideally suited.

This will be a client-facing role, so English fluency and confidence are essential to succeed.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS ROLE

Once training is complete, you will work directly with clients to help them create effective systems using our Process Pipelines Methodology and DIDACT Operations Systems. You will support our operations in delivering remarkable services to increase the lifetime value and referral rates of our existing clients.

PAY AND HOURS
(These are negotiable.)

The starting rate for this role will be between £3 – £5 per hour.
This position is available ASAP.
This is a Long-Term engagement.
Provisional Schedule (negotiable): Any hours are fine with a minimum 4-hour overlap with UK working hours.
You will be available for at least 40 hours per week.
We will pay you weekly.
You will get paid time off for vacations.
We offer end-of-year bonuses.
We offer performance-related salary increases.
