*THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR*

Key Responsibilities:

• Comms Management:
– Manage and respond to incoming inquiries using our knowledge base
– Development of our comms management systems

• Helpdesk and Knowledgebase Development:
– Develop and maintain our AI-driven helpdesk and knowledge base
– Analyse helpdesk data to enhance our client support process

• Client Experience
– Focus on delivering exceptional client service
– Resolve issues through both text and verbal responses

• Lead Nurture
– Utilise our structured messaging framework to nurture and qualify incoming leads and route them to our sales team

As the Client Support and Communications Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our client experience by managing our client service inquiries, email communications, and social media messaging interactions.

*PAY AND HOURS*

– The starting rate for this role will be between: Php 210-310
– This position is available ASAP
– This is a long-term position
– Provisional Schedule (negotiable): Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, earliest end time 2 pm UK
– You will be available for at least: 40 hours per week
– We will pay you weekly
– You will get paid time off for vacations
