Job Summary:
Our home services company is seeking a Tech Savvy EA to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, scheduling quotes, handling inquiries and complaints, and performing other administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding service by answering incoming calls promptly and courteously
Schedule quotes for home care services by accurately collecting and entering customer information into our scheduling software
Handle inquiries and complaints from customers with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
Perform administrative tasks including data entry, responding to emails, and updating customer records
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure customer needs are met
Uphold our company’s mission to provide high-quality home cleaning services with a commitment to excellence
Requirements:
The most important characteristic that I’m looking for is ambition and willingness/capability to learn. Good attitude, communication skills, digital experience, creativity, dependability, honesty/trustworthiness, and patience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language
Familiar with Wellsky, formerly known as Clearcare, which is a widely-used healthcare software in the United States or any tool related
A background in billing and payroll is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient with computer systems and comfortable learning new software
Able to work Monday to Friday
Home office set up with a quiet working environment and high-speed internet connection
